We are looking for a team member to join our technical department to assist Technical Manager and Superintendents for daily follow up fleet vessels technical matters and ISM document follow up of safety management system. 

You will be in charge of daily follow up of vessel reports on technical matters and reporting to Technical manager. Your main role is to be in contact with Fleet vessel Masters and Chief Engineers to ensure close follow up vessels PMS, bunkering related operations, bunker&lub analysis ect. You will be assisting technical team for spare part supply organisation, shipyard work preparations and follow up maintenance records. You will also take a part in safety management related works and work with Safety Management team closely for documentation follow up.

Qualifications

Relevant education at minimum Bachelor level
Technical and/or maritime experience.
Experience from ISM documentation, ship management or classification society is an advantage
Seagoing experience is a must
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English is required.
Russian speaking is an advantage.
